Sign Shop Marketing and Graphic D-Signs, Inc. founder Dan Antonelli has a had a flair for design and advertising since childhood when he could be found hand-lettering trucks or sprucing up his mother's washing machine with its own hand-painted brand identityThroughout this site, you'll see photos of Dan early in his sign painting career.

In 1997, he turned that passion into Graphic D-Signs Inc., one of New Jersey's most successful advertising agencies catering to small- and mid-size companies. Sign Shop Marketing was born as a result of countless sign company projects and inquiries to serve as a means by which Dan can communicate the details of his craft with sign company owners and marketers.

Mr. Antonelli has been recognized by leading print, Web and sign publications, having received over 3 dozen awards and honors for his work. He has written nearly 50 articles on print, Web and logo design for leading graphic design publications. He's also the author of the well-known logo design series - "Logo Design for Small Business 1 & 2", which has become must-have books for sign artists and designers looking to improve their logo design skills. He is regularly asked to speak at industry events regarding advertising and design for small business.

Prior to starting Graphic D-Signs, he was an art director responsible for the design and production of marketing materials for a large New York-based insurance company. Mr. Antonelli is a graduate of the University of Scranton where he received a degree in Communications and Advertising.
